Cost £1,250 includes:

10 monthly sessions on key topics for charity leaders (see Programme Details). We invite a guest expert, usually an experienced charity CEO or specialist adviser/consultant to give new insights each month.

At each session we include time for action learning to help you develop your leadership through shared problem-solving of ‘live’ issues with your peers.

Three one-to-one coaching sessions with Jenny Perez who will help you consider your biggest challenges, shift your perspective and develop new approaches.

In addition to the Leadership Development Programme SWDDF offers other forms of professional development

including seminars, training events and peer learning groups.

We hope to be able to provide 50% bursary support for a limited number of charities working with beneficiaries in Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire and where the charity's turnover is less than £500,000. To date, we have been very grateful to Quartet Community Foundation for supporting these bursary places. We apply for funding on an annual basis with no guarantee of future support. As and when funding is secured, bursary places are allocated according to criteria agreed with the funder including the date of application. To be considered for a future bursary, please submit your bursary form and application form as early as possible (see below)

If you fall outside the geographic area above, or if your turnover exceeds £500,000 pa, we encourage you to secure funding to cover the cost of investing in your charity’s leadership skills. Please contact Nancy who can provide you with evidence to support your funding applications.
